God’s Message/Promise/Commands:

What a beautiful day with words from a beautiful God!  Sudden unexpected things happened for the past few days and this has interrupted my morning habits but today, I am resuming my life back on track.  To connect with the source 1st thing.  What a very appropriate message at a time when things are flowing away from plans.  I was getting comfortable and settling with my usual habit then out of a sudden, the simplest thing happened that impacts my total day.  To make the long and complicated story short, my laptop crashed because of an update I made in the purpose of making my life easier at work, in the end that update with good intentions backfired and I ended up losing a laptop and gaining a new one.  Although now I'm in debt, which is something I don't want to be in but what can I do?  Things happened and I will need to adjust and learn to deal with it.  That's why the topic today is such an assurance and comfort from God Himself.  After 2 days of being out of my usual habit, I decided to bring my life around and the Lord's first words are so touching and welcoming.  He said in Psalm 121 that He is my Guardian.  He guards me from every evil; He guards my life; when I leave and when I return; He guards me now and He guards me always!  After the 2 days of no order or chaotic event, God's welcoming words were... I am guarding you...I won't let you stumble, I will not fall asleep, not on your life!  Amazing!  Lord, I'm sorry for being such a hard headed and weak.  I'm sorry for swaying so easily when sudden things happen breaking my normal or regular life pattern.  But Lord, Your words are just so comforting and amazing that it leads me back directly to You.  

Yesterday I was very tired, physically, mentally, even spiritually.  I am sick and tired literally (physically).  Yet, You sustained my life so I was able to finish the day and start a new one today.  Thank You Lord for Your loving kindness.

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, Gracious and loving God!  I am greatly amazed and touched with Your words today.  I am comforted and secured that no matter what happens, You guards me always and will not let me stumble.  Keep my direction straight to You Lord and when things don't go as I planned it, keep my life steady by holding it by Your hand.  Thank You Lord for such reassuring words today.  I know now that You guard me always and will keep me away from evil.  Thank You Lord for Your love.  In Jesus'Name, Amen!
