Start Time:   6:28 AM
End Time:    6:46 AM

Title: O Lord My God, You Are Very Great.
Scripture: Psalm 104:1 – 35

God’s Message / God’s Promise / God’s Commands:
This chapter is all about praise and worship but the author seems to have a new understanding or a new reason to celebrate and exalt the Lord.  He spoke of God's power, His majesty, His glory but all these interconnected.  He blessed the Lord for His mighty works, creating each living creatures but it all make sense when each creature is interconnected to be part of another.  He spoke of nature how made each function and all for His glory and purpose.  To better understand, check out verse 14, when the author spoke of the grass growing (which God is responsible for) for what?  So the livestock and plants for man to cultivate...that he may bring forth food from the earth, wine to gladden the heart of man, oil to make his face shine and bread to strengthen man's heart.  All these things just by making the grass grow for the livestock and plants for man to cultivate.  So each creation has its functions to bring life to one another.  In every creation, we will see God's amazing works to provide for all He created, that includes you and me.  This how amazing the Lord is!  So whether, God specifically gave you His provision or not, clearly, it doesn't change the fact that God is the provider because whether it is directly or not, God does provide for us all!  Hallelujah!  The author was totally blow away of how God works and clearly, this is just a portion, a glimpse of what God is capable of.  But it is definitely more than enough reasons to bless the Lord, praise His Name and worship Him forever!
That's why everyone, every living creation, look to Him for every need.  And when God hides His face, we are all dismayed.  So we ought to live in the words of this author in verse 31, May the glory of the Lord endure forever; may the Lord rejoice in His works!  Let us all sing to the Lord as long as we live...may our meditation to Him be pleasing in His eyes...so let us rejoice in Him and allow the earth to consumer the sinners and the wicked.  Let us bless the Lord and praise His Holy Name!  Amen!

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, what wonderful words to start my week!  Truly You are the great provider of all aspect in our lives.  You work in ways we cannot see and even if it was not handed directly to us, the truth remains that You do provide because You created every living creatures to be in one way or another, a provision for the need of others.  Help me Lord to see my purpose and the impact of my functions that I may be able to fulfill my responsibilities as one of Your creations.  Give me wisdom Lord, show me You glory and teach me Your ways that I may be able to function as You have built me to do so.  In Jesus' Name, Amen!
