Title: Plan Your Life With Jesus
Scriptures: Proverbs 27:12

God’s Message/Promise/Commands:
Amazing day with Jesus!  Proverbs 27:12 says,

12 Wise people see trouble coming and get out of its way, but fools go straight to the trouble and suffer for it.

God tells us that a wise person sees trouble coming and get out of its way, this tells me that wise people plan and anticipate what is to come.  Many people hate planning, I am guilty of that too, especially when most of the times, things don't happen the way it was planned.  But God still encourages us to plan and anticipate.  The only time we can see trouble coming is when we have clearly thought of our situation and have scrutinized every possible outcome of whatever goal or actions we are to take - and this is one of the major part of planning.  This helps up and prepare us for whatever is to come.  Although, tedious and requires more effort than just living life with the flow or with a "que sera-sera" mentality, its reward is valuable, although, often less appreciated.  So be wise and be one step ahead of life by being prepared - start planning and don't be blindsided.  Stop being a fool and see problems come to you at a distance and get out of its way!

Happy Thursday!

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, thank You for a wonderful lesson this morning.  I know I am not a planner but You have taught me to do so through the years that we've been together.  Thank You Jesus for giving me the wisdom to think and think through the plans I have and really ready myself for what is to come.  Continue to give me the strength Lord to think through every action I take and surrender them to You.  Help me Lord what to do to make the right choices and also prepare myself for whatever result it brings, whether good or bad.  My hope and trust is in You alone Lord.  Thank You for the peace and assurance that no matter what, I will be secured and safe because together, we have planned things through.  In Jesus' Name, Amen!
