Title: Right Words at the Right Time

Scriptures: Proverbs 25:11

God’s Message/Promise/Commands:

Amazing day with Jesus!  What a wonderful day it is.  I am blessed to have enough sleep and rest despite of all the tasks and works I had yesterday and that is all because of the Lord.  Thank You!  Today, I read Proverbs 25:11, Saying the right thing at the right time is like a golden apple in a silver setting.

The important thing mentioned in this verse that we ought to do is to say the right thing at the right time.  We all know that words are powerful and important.  But it's not just any words, it's actually saying the right words at the right time that makes our words powerful and valuable.  Many times, our words become more of a destruction than a builder or an encouragement because it was said at the wrong time or worst, we said the wrong words.  So today, let us be patient and conscious of the words that come out of our mouth and when we say it, because its impact to those who listen are far greater than what we may think it does.

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, thank You for another amazing day!  Thank You for the strength and wisdom and grace and love poured out on me each day.  Today, I want to ask You Lord to remind me always to say the right words at the right time.  Remind me Lord that although my words are free and I can use them anytime I want, they come at a price and it’s not cheap.  Help me to remember to be careful with the words that come out of my mouth and to always be conscious of when I say what I say.  Guide me Lord so I may say the right words at the right time and build others instead of destroying them.  In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
