Title: Take Responsibility for your Actions
Scriptures: Proverbs 19:3

God’s Message/Promise/Commands:

Amazing day with Jesus!  Today there's one verse in Proverbs 19, it's a question that no one is able to answer.  When in fact, this question should never be asked if man sees the truth.  I'm referring to verse 3, the Bible says, "People ruin their lives by their own stupidity, so why does God always get blamed?" Isn't this so true?  We all have freedom to choose, the gift of free-will, but when things go rough or tough in our lives because of our own choices...we then blame God.  We ask why He's making us suffer or why He made this happen.  Or that He doesn't cares for us.  I am amazed that man wants to be independent yet doesn't know how to take accountability of their actions.  It's sad really.  I know at one point, I am guilty of this.  Questioning God for something He didn't do, yet I have snapped out of it and we all should!  Because the truth is, the Lord wants what's best for us, and we ruin that for us with the choices we make each day.  So the next time you are tempted to ask God, "Why?" - don't!  What happens to you, is the result of the choices you make...you should ask yourself that question then learn from it, move on and make the right choices moving forward.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, thank You for a great revelation.  Truly, many people have made You the enemy when in truth, You are the only person who is on our side at all times - even when at times we are turning against ourselves. Help us Lord to be wise each day and to see that You only wants what's best for us and may we realize that the best thing to do is to allow You to take control of our lives.  In Jesus' Name, Amen!

Memory Verse Share for today:
Proverbs 19:3 (The Message Version)

People ruin their lives by their own stupidity, so why does God always get blamed?

I have found myself guilty of this.  It's amazing how we all want to be independent at all times and be free, yet we are not mature enough to take accountability for the actions we take.  Sad but true!  So the next time, you are tempted to ask God, "Why?" - STOP! Most of the time what happens to you is the result of the choices you make...you should ask yourself that question then learn from it, move on and make the right choices moving forward!

Have an amazing day with Jesus everyone!
