Title: A Congenial Spouse Comes Straight From God

Scriptures: Proverbs 19:14

God’s Message/Promise/Commands:

Amazing Day with Jesus everyone!  I'm blessed to have such great moments and learnings with God.  Today, Chapter 19 of Proverbs consists of another powerful words from the Lord.  One that takes time to really medidate and internalize in.  Honestly, I want to really look into each verse and understand its core point so I can better apply it in my life.  One verse is rich and can definitely sustain us.  So today, I will choose one verse to focus on and out of the 29 verses of Chapter 29, I choose to internalize verse 14 today.  It says, "House and land are handed down from parents, but a congenial spouse comes straight from God." Hallelujah!  It's clear, human wealth like money, land, houses, etc are passed on from one generation to another but a congenial spouse, a pleasant/agreeable/delightful/gratifying/satisfying/relaxing (and i can just go on and on) spouse, comes only from the Lord.  I hear people says that you have to find love, find your perfect mate...at times they say, how will you meet your mate if you don't go look for the person... and although, to some this may be their path to finding their mate, but in the end, it is only God who can give us a congenial mate.  Now, I don't want just any mate - I want a congenial one that only God can give!  So don't worry if you're no longer young and you can't find your perfect mate because it is only God who will give him to you.  Amen!

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, I am blessed of Your word today.  I am grateful and assured that You will be the giver of my perfect mate - indeed he will be perfect because he comes from You.  Help me Lord not to seek further but to seek You further instead and You will give my mate to me.  One that is pleasing to You.  In Jesus' Name, Amen!

God's words tell us that material wealth can be passed on from generation to generation but only God can give us a congenial spouse.  Not just any spouse but a congenial one.  Congenial means pleasant/agreeable/delightful/gratifying/satisfying/relaxing and i can just go on and on but I'm sure you know what I mean.  So for all the single ladies and men, even to those who are married now, know your perfect mate only comes straight from the Lord.  So don't seek for your perfect man/woman, seek God and He will give you your perfect match!
