God’s Message/Promise/Commands:

The word of the Lord today is one of the hardest thing to do...to wait! Waiting may not be something that we think as a difficult thing to do but in truth, it really is.  Waiting has brought people down and even destroyed their hope.  Good thing that are hope is in Christ so it will never be destroyed or ruined.  So keep your feet on the ground, nurture a quiet heart.  It's hard to be quiet when you're oppressed, when things are so messed up that it seems like there's injustice against you.  However, God is not unjust and He will do what He said He will do so let's be content in waiting, knowing our waiting will never be in vain.  Amen!

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, thank You for teaching me today to wait.  For reminding me to be content and to cultivate a quiet heart in me.  Help me Lord to always focus on You and to remember that all I'm waiting for will be worth it because You are the One who made the promise so I can be assured that my waiting will never be in vain.  In Jesus' Name, Amen!
